Diagnostic Skills as an Indicator of Psychological-Pedagogical Competence of the Teacher of Continuing Education

Abstract: The article gives characteristics of professional psycho-pedagogical competence, characterizes diagnostic skills of a teacher, describes the author 's methods to diagnose the level of development of children’s universal educational actions, the author 's approach to the description of humane-personal criteria to the diagnostic examination of the students.
