Novice Teacher Support: Experience of Australia, New Zealand and Ireland

Abstract: The article represents basic elements of support programmes and shows how these elements are utilised in different induction programmes such as in temporary registration model. Furthermore the article describes modern induction programs in Australia, New Zealand and Ireland.
