Abstract: Looking at problems of training of skilled specialists at pedagogical department of UrGu, in Sverdlovsk pedagogical college and in pedagogical classes of schools of II degree. Material resources, personnel structure and the content of work of the establishments that are carrying out a special pedagogical education in Ekaterinburg – Sverdlovsk were researched.
