Building of Professional and Pedagogical Competence of a Teacher of Medical Higher Educational Institution by Means of Humanitarian Technologies

Abstract: This paper describes the development of professional pedagogical competence of a teacher of medical higher educational institution. The competences are presented in the system. The author considered levels of development of professional pedagogical competences of the teaching staff. The requirements for a teacher of a higher educational institution, which are resulted from his / her multifunctional activity are enumerated.
