Abstract: The necessity of inclusion in the Bachelor Degree educational plans of «Pedagogical education», with specialization of «Music education» an elective course «Vocal — speech Culture» is proved. The importance of voice training for future teachers of music and students, whose profession is connected with speech and vocal activity, is shown. The theoretical bases of the given rate are considered.
