Abstract: The author suggests that optimistic-oriented teacher can the most effective and skillfully create a situation of success, while pedagogical optimism is a professional—personal quality of a teacher, which has been strengthened and finds its confirmation in a situation of success in which a child realizes the possibility of academic achievement and personal self-realization, gains faith in himself or herself and has optimistic confidence in success.
