Problem of Integrative Professional Training of Experts of Social Sphere in the Institute of Social Education of Ural State Pedagogical University (USPU)

Abstract: The author shows relevance and significance of an innovative principle of integration and points advantages of integrative vocational training of experts. There have been defined integrative tendencies: general professional, organizational-pragmatic, personal-focused and directions of voca-tional training of experts of social sphere. The author presents the analysis of monitoring of results of expectations of employers and proves efficiency of integrative vocational training of experts of social sphere the result of which is development of qualities of professionally mobile personality.
