Abstract: The pedagogical practice is considered as multifactor of teacher-humanistic's pedagogical professional preparing. The maintenance of number of factors of formation of future teacher in interrelation with each other reveals. We proved their conditionality by the purposes, tasks and functions of pedagogical practice.
