Development of the market of business education services as an object of marketing activity of branch universities

Abstract: One of prior directions of the state policy of the Russian Federation is discussed, which is development of new economy based on advance growth of knowledge and representing the area of education as a separate branch of economy. In relation to activity of branch high schools it has caused reduction of volume of the state order and variation in structure of their financing. In these conditions management of marketing activity becomes a condition of survival in the market as it allows to carry out assessment of a portfolio of educational services, to prepare new offers and to use marketing tools in cooperation with the market.
