Content and Learning Management System as Instruments of Creation Information Environment of Educational Institution

Abstract: The article presents the instruments of designing information environment of educational institution. Special attention is paid to content management systems and learning management systems distributed under the GNU/General Public License. Each system is presented as a ratio of a functional purpose of a site and technical realization.
