Abstract: Theoretical aspects of modelling organizational culture development in the institutions of additional education for children are presented. The author’s understanding of organizational culture as social-pedagogical phenomenon is given. Disclosed are the factors, mechanisms and stages of development of organizational culture in the institutions of additional education for children.
