Problems of Training Lawyers in the Context of New Educational Standards

Abstract: Inquiries of legal practice concerning the level and character of training of lawyers with higher education (the lawyer-innovator, the lawyer-executor) and possible answers of system of the juridical education to the specified requirements are analyzed.
