Virtual Education Environment as a Requirement for Intercultural Competence Development

Abstract: The article grounds the necessity of employment of virtual education environment as a condition for intercultural competence development and describes opportunities of the international cultural-educational project «Global Understanding» with respect to employment of virtual education environment for the development of the competence under discussion.
