Self-Management as a Condition of Self-Realization of Students

Abstract: The problem of development of the skills of self-realization by means of self-management is studied. The experience of the Institute of Social Education in the sphere of development of the skills of self-management of the students studying “Self-management of a Manager” is analyzed.
