Abstract: The article presents the theoretical basis of training students for professional and pedagogical activity by means of social practices. The author proves the model of training to be effective which includes purpose, approaches and principles, motivational component, substantial and procedural component, criteria and estimated component, stages, pedagogical conditions, factors and result.
