Organizational Loyalty of Teachers in a Virtual Education Environment

Abstract: Attempts to reveal the specificity of working in a virtual educational environment are undertaken, the features of the notion of «organizational loyalty» are highlighted, the contradiction of organizational loyalty development of a teacher working in a virtual educational environment is studied.
