Abstract: The substantial aspect of the virtual educational environment in the conditions of special boarding school is described. The main contradictions are considered, which appear in case of the solution of tasks of social resettlement of teenagers. Common problems of educational process in the conditions of special boarding school are described. Basic provisions of the concept of the programmed training, as main aspect in optimization of the virtual educational environment for deviant teenagers in the conditions of special sheltered institution are described.
