Contests of Professional Craftsmanship as a Means of Self-Perfection of Personal and Professional Qualities of a Teacher

Abstract: The questions of teachers’ involvement in professional craftsmanship contests that are effective means of self-perfection of professional pedagogical competence are discussed. A mechanism for creating organizational and management conditions for the contests mentioned above is suggested.
