Formation of Professional Mobility in the Process of Training of Modern Specialists

Abstract: Analyzing the basic documents of the educational policy of the Russian Federation the author identifies the main principles of the modernization of higher education. The article describes the concept of ―professionally mobile person‖, components of the qualifying characteristics of a specialist, dominants of professional qualities of specialists’ mobility as well as the qualities of professional mobility of a social sphere specialist.
