Civic Education in the System of Advanced Education of State and Municipal Civil Servants

Abstract: The article argues that the civic education is considered to be an important part of the system of professional advanced education of state and municipal civil servants in present conditions. An idea of systemity and continuity of civic education is in the center of the offered approach. Civic education of state and municipal civil servants is understood as a whole process of development of civil identity.
