Abstract: The article presents an original research of the function of professional self-realization of a person on the basis of systemic activity approach. The following functions of professional self-realization of a person are singled out: value-oriented, cognitive, technological (productive), self-governing, legal, spiritual-moral, esthetic, valeological, developing, educational, economic and hedonistic.
