Abstract: The article describes the organization of social partnership, its value and prospects for the development of scientific and technical creativity of children and young people. It analyzes the results of the implementation of the new pedagogical forms popularize technical creativity – the Festival “The City of Tehno Creativity” – in Sverdlovsk Region.
