Formation of Students’ National Identity in the Course of Studies

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of the formation of Russian national identity and civic self-identity of the young generation of Russians by appealing to a popular spiritual and cultural heritage and taking up the national cultural values for personal growth, self-knowledge, self-confidence and unity on the basis of universal and national values.
