Axiological Components of Teacher’s Professional Behavior

Abstract: Value components of professional behavior of a teacher are defined, which include teaching style, professional and pedagogical communication, professional view of the person and value (ethic) component. Attention is focused on the fact that teacher‘s behavior depends not only on the goals of the work set by the teacher, but on the value orientations being the basis of this work.
