The Problem with the Study of Functional Homonymy at School

Abstract: The necessity of detailed discussion of the topic ―Functional Homonyms‖ in the School Course of the Russian Language is stated. It will help students identify parts of speech in the sentence correctly, especially when they come across with the case of transition from one part of speech to the other. Exercises for students are given.
