Pedagogical Conditions and Features of Professional Adaptation of Young Managers of Trading Organizations

Abstract: The article deals with the problem of professional adaptation of young managers of trading organizations to profession. The levels of adaptation and negative factors affecting the adaptation process of managers have been analyzed. Pedagogical conditions that promote professional adaptation managers of trading organizations have been explained.
