Abstract: Different approaches to understanding the essence of electronic, distance and blended learning lead to identification of different principles for classification of models within each type of training and to discrepancies in their design activities. The proposed constructor unifies design models of electronic and blended learning, taking into account the relationships between the components of the didactic system of modern educational paradigm.
