Abstract: The article discusses the issues of constructing a learning management system (LMS), based on the use of different cloud services. The definition of the modular LMS and the principles of its construction such as the principle of extensibility, the principle of minimal sufficiency, the principle of functional completeness, the principle of meta-subjects, the cross-platform principle, the principle of integratability and the operating and mobile principles are formulated in this article. The paper proposes an interaction scheme of subjects of the educational process by means of the information system of class LMS. The authors of this article give an example of implementation of modular LMS in the international systems of Google and Windows Live. In conclusion the authors suggest a possibility of practical use of cloud services for the construction of LMS.
