Methodical Aspects of the Case Study Method in Teaching Mathematics in a Secondary School

Abstract: The paper describes characteristic features of various types case-tasks used in teaching mathematics; several examples of mathematical case study are given; different approaches to mathematical case study development are considered and some recommendations for applying them in the teaching process are given.
