Abstract: In article relevance of a problem of cultural development of leisure of teenagers is considered; theories of culture of leisure in culturological, psychological, pedagogical researches are submitted; features of the content of the concept "culture of leisure of teenagers" as integrative quality of the personality are opened; the structure is defined, components, levels of culture of leisure of teenagers are described; functions of culture of leisure of teenagers are revealed: rekreativny, incentive, substantial, productive and axiological; conclusions are drawn on pedagogical opportunities of formation of culture of leisure of teenagers in a children's recreation camp.
