Abstract: The article deals with pedagogical conditions of formation of social success of pupils with special educational needs (SEN) in inclusive educational environment of a school musical and dramatic society, set up on the basis of one form. The author relates her vision of how to organize the process of effective socialization of such children through their involvement in musical and dramatic activity in their out-ofschool time. She shows the educational potential of musical and dramatic activity in creating positive communicative relations between pupils with special educational needs and the rest of the school community. Such relations may result in acquisition of experience of humane and confidential interaction on the basis of mutual respect and understanding and in successful self-realization in school and out-of-school activity. The materials of the article could be of interest in the system of training and practical activity of teachers-musicians in educational institutions of different levels and types. It is very important to show the parents concrete techniques of work with pupils with special educational needs, to demonstrate their children in a new light as they take part in the activity of a musical and dramatic society. The parents should be actively invited to take part in making elements of scenery, costumes and posters. Such partnership of parents and teachers creates possibilities for successful musical-esthetic education of children, including those with special educational needs. The parents become allies and active participants of the process of education through the school musical and dramatic society.
