Attraction of Students of Chinese Musical Pedagogical Institutions of Higher Learning to Russian Cello Music

Abstract: The article describes the process of attraction of students of musical and pedagogical higher education institutions of China to the Russian cello music. The aim of the article is to identify ways of realization of the multicultural and multiple art approaches to the attraction of Chinese students to the Russian cello music. The topic of the article is related to the problem of expansion of the music performing culture of Chinese students. The method of research is the analysis and synthesis of music education of students enrolled in music and pedagogical universities of China. On the basis of these methods, the author defines the ways of implementation of the principles of multicultural and multiple art approaches in the process of attraction of Chinese students to the Russian cello music. The methodology of work is based on the idea of multicultural and multiple art approaches. As a result of the study, the author suggests recommendations for attraction of Chinese students to the cello musical culture of Russia. The sphere of application of results includes the methods of professional musical-pedagogical education of future teachers of music, whose training includes formation of skills of playing the cello. Professional musical pedagogical education of students who are trained in playing the violoncello should be based on such directions of pedagogical activity which are connected with the realization of multicultural approach: acquaintance with the works of the modern Russian composers of violoncello music, introduction of a special course on the history of development of the Russian cello school, acquaintance with specific features of techniques of playing the violoncello by outstanding Russian musicians, and also of the multiple art approach: inclusion into classroom activities of choreographic elements, identification of color analogs to pieces of music, introduction of works of the fine arts and national Chinese painting.
