Financial Educational Lacunas in Federal State Educational Standards of General Secondary Education and Ways of Their Elimination

Abstract: This article dwells on the content of the Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary General (Full) Education which deals with the formation of financial knowledge of pupils. The implementation of this standard needs a solution of a number of problems connected with the absence of a discipline and inadequate formation of financial literacy of the pupils and misunderstanding of connection of the human capital with financial literacy. The article considers the following educational lacunas in detail: gnoseological – the absence of the corresponding discipline in the curriculum; interdisciplinary – the realization of financial literacy on the material of other subjects; culturological – the obligatory nature of culture of management of educational institution on the basis of financial literacy; vector – the need of financial literacy of each teacher; motivational – creation of material base for realization of financial literacy; absolute – absence of textbooks and manuals for teachers and pupils. The article proposes the ways of elimination of financial illiteracy of pupils: explanation at all levels, commenting and filling the gaps, loan of experience and elimination of lacunas through creation of programs, training of the staff and creation of educational and methods complexes.
