Abstract: The article deals with one of the most important and popular practices in the modern educational process: "injection" of the departments of reconciliation into the school environment. The main tool of conflict resolution is mediation. During the implementation of innovative projects in educational institutions their administration should provide information support of its activities and PR. The most effective form is creation and administration of the website of the school service of reconciliation, as well as the involvement of other network resources.
