Bases of Vocational Training of Pedagogical University Students: Social and Ecological Readiness

Abstract: Main approaches to the creation of conceptual model of formation of social-and-ecological readiness of future teachers to work with a family on health improvement of preschool children are described in the article. Special attention is paid to the discussion of the essence of the concepts «system», «model» and «modeling». The grounds for creation of the concept of formation of social-and-ecological readiness of future teachers of preschool educational establishment are analyzed. The main attention is paid to the consideration of all-pedagogical and specific regularities of conceptual development and functioning of the system of formation of social-and-ecological readiness of future teachers to work with a family on health improvement of preschool age children. Consideration of the general and specific principles of formation of social-and-ecological readiness is significant: professional orientation of educational process at the university, humane and personal orientation of vocational training, nature conformity, cultural conformity, integrity, humanization of social-and-ecological training, scientific character, scalability, continuity, systematic character, regionalization and variability of social-and-ecological training. The key approaches which underlie the design of the concept of formation of social-and-ecological readiness of future teachers of children's non-governmental organization to the work with a family on health improvement of children of preschool age, are studied from the point of view of its systemic character, pedagogical activity, process and as a component of professional and pedagogical training.
