Abstract: The article presents the results of empirical research methods of coping with stress of students of Institute of MIA of Russia and their relationship with effectiveness of decision educational and professional tasks (for example, the examination session). It is established that with success of delivery of examinations problem-oriented ways of a coping with a stress correlate. On the contrary, the strategy focused on "delegation" of personal responsibility to external forces and circumstances don't promote successful delivery of session though probably and help to reduce the level of an examination stress.
