Abstract: In this article the authors discuss the professional and personal qualities in the structure of professional-pedagogical qualities of the teacher of preschool educational institution in the conditions of inclusive education. The novelty of the article is that the implementation of inclusive education in preschool educational institution will inevitably face not only the difficulties of organizing the educational environment, but primarily with the issues of preparedness of all subjects of educational process as a whole to adopt the new principles of education and of educators in particular. While this article specifically addresses the elements of this problem, to solve the problems mentioned above, the authors provide recommendations for optimization of practical activity of educators in the conditions of inclusive education. Optimization of practical activity in inclusive education is connected with the changes of the structure of professional and pedagogical qualities of the kindergarten teachers; the main role should be given to pedagogical (social)skills: emotional culture, communication skills, pedagogical tact, pedagogical kindness etc.
