Abstract: The article discusses the methodology of teaching methods creation for the students of pedagogical specialties, including teaching methods, methods of training and learning activities and methods of conventionally-role reflection for blended learning; the definition, distribution and prospects of development of blended learning are revealed in the analysis of the scientific literature. The proposed methodology takes into account the feature of "modern" educational paradigm associated with the introduction of information-communication technologies, as well as the results obtained in the construction of the foundations of the theory of the use of information-communication technologies in education. It involves drawing a set of methods based on the integration of systems of student learning methods in eleven stages of blended learning organization, selected in accordance with the stages of development of theoretical material and the formation of practical skills. Theoretical bases of modeling for some of the steps are described and illustrated in a particular subject area "Mathematics" in the allocation of the leading principles of teaching mathematics, enriched by psychological and pedagogical content; defining of the coordinates of the profile in the didactic system to highlight methods and tasks to achieve the goal, psychological and educational characteristics of students, psychology-pedagogical characteristics of the teacher, the principles of the use of ICT, ICT applications, forms of organization of training sessions with the use of ICT, ICT tools and methods conventionally-role reflection.
