Abstract: Mobile technologies are now being introduced in all spheres of our life. Internet connection and a taste for informational and wireless freedom guarantee the dominant position of mobile gadgets (after TV and computers) which play the role of the «third screen» of information. Various gadgets and mobile technologies have integrated into our routine life and become its essential part. Mass usage of mobile gadgets makes them an excellent technical instrument for the organization of the educational process. MLearning in education is a necessary tool for the formation of the informational culture of each individual. Schemes based on the mobile technologies and the Internet can be successfully integrated into the learning process. Among the main advantages of implementing new technologies are the possibilities of using small and compact devices; mobile learning is suitable for blended forms of learning foreign languages, it also allows to use new ways of development of the content. Mobile learning can support people with special needs. The article deals with QR-codes which are oriented on the motivation and can help involve students into active cognitive process through role plays and project work.
