Abstract: The article describes the analysis of the main problems of network interaction of educational institutions; it discusses the results of the applied research of the evaluation of network interaction in the schools with low educational results; it defines and describes the essence of network interaction, its goals and tasks and the forms of network interaction of educational institutions. One of the main goals of network interaction is comprehensive and high-quality education in the context of open information environment. Network interaction allows to unite all the social institutes, in order to broaden the opportunities of an educational institution in creation suitable conditions for personality development. The essence of network interaction is discussed from the point of view of «teacher — student»; the difficulties that the managers and teachers face with in the course of network interaction organization are singled out; the ways to solve these problems with the help of logistic approach are outlined; the principles of logistic approach to the organization of network interaction of educational institutions are singled out, among them: synergy, dynamism, complexity, initiative and expediency.
