Pedagogical Technology of Interaction of Preschool Educational Establishment and a Family to Protect Children’s Rights

Abstract: The author describes the technology of interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family to protect the rights and opportunities of a child. Theoretical bases of the technology of interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family on protection of the rights of a child are discussed. The author follows the requirements of the Russian and international legal acts to plan and develop the technology of interaction. On the basis of the analysis of the available definitions of the concept "pedagogical technology", the author gives his own definition of the "technology of interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family to protect rights a child". The description of the author's technology and psychological and pedagogical conditions of its implementation are provided. Among the conditions of implementation of the technology are the following: 1) the use of pedagogical diagnostics as its results form the basis for the choice of the forms and methods of the organization of educational activities in interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family to protect the rights a child; 2) a new form of participation of parents in the process interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family on protection of the rights a child. The author provided the detailed step-by-step instruction on implementation of the technology of interaction of a preschool educational establishment and a family to protect the rights of a child.
