Abstract: Upbringing of well-educated, artistically enlightened and creative individual, who not only has high creative potential, but also aims at its fulfilment in everyday life, is a primary objective for the national education at all levels. The accomplishment of this objective depends on the organization of the surrounding cultural and educational space, and on the cultural and developmental environment. The purpose of the article is to discuss the question of cultural and educational space development, sociocultural environment, that focused on creating a conducive environment to solve the most important task. It examines the concept of "cultural-educational space". The article analyzes the concept of "cultural and educational space", presents the model of cultural and educational space (school and personal), which consists of the following key components: objective (upbringing of a civilized person), conceptual (based on the traditions of the region, socio-cultural structure – multinationality and multi religion), technical and activity operational (aimed at inclusion of different forms and types of enlightment and artistic activities), valeological (realization of all the valeological potential of dealing with art), domestic (determining development of a personality since childhood), pedagogical personnel (uniting teachers having the same views). The article explains the necessity of teaching Bachelors, studying "Music education", to work on the development of cultural and educational space, cultural and developmental environment in the process of the future professional pedagogical activity.
