Abstract: The subject of the article is moral-aesthetic development of school children. The goal of the article lies in identification of specific items of the "Art" in the moral-aesthetic development of school children. The article is devoted to the peculiarities of moral and aesthetic development of personality. Research methods include the analysis, synthesis of material on the problem of moral and aesthetic development of the child's interaction with art. The methodology of work is based on the implementation of the multi-art approach appealing to different types of art and artistic activities so that the child could get acquainted with the spiritual and moral values embodied in the works of art. The results of the work determined a meaningful framework of moral and aesthetic development, developed and proved the importance of the structural model of moral and aesthetic development of personality in conditions of educational integration of the arts, including cognitive, reflexive, motivational value and active components. The application area for the results of this research is theory and methods of art education. Conclusions: the results of theoretical analysis of modern concepts showed that the problem of moral-aesthetic development is a very promising direction in the spiritual development of the individual. There is a good scope of work to continue research on this topic.
