Abstract: This article deals with the interdisciplinary problem of the interaction, interdependence and interregulation of the philosophical linguistic cognition and the philosophy of linguistic education on the basis of sociocultural characteristics of the third millennium under the conditions of post-non-classic science and polyparadigmatic concept of the philosophy of science and sociology of science. The social control on their coupling is set in. The article presents the analysis of the traditions of the philosophy of language and philosophy of linguistics. The unity of the functions of the philosophy of linguistic cognition is proved. The following functions are stated: ontological, epistemological, and methodological. The article discloses the breakthrough of the systemic methodology of modern polyparadigmatic linguistics, which is based on the following factors: firstly, the epistemic situation is viewed in our work as a metamodel of the cognition process, which helps to state the structure of the linguistic method (the three-part structure of the method: methodology – method – method implementation are accompanied by the fourth component – the technology, which is called for by the modern technological civilization); secondly, we have stated the unique hierarchical structure of the systemic linguistic methodology, which includes nine methodological levels. The interconnection and interdependence of these levels comprises the unity of polyparadigmatic linguistics and ensures its connection with the cognitive resource of modern culture. Thirdly, this article states for the first time the disciplinarian linguistic methods being systemized from the angle of their paradigm- or non-paradigm-based character: macro-, specifically- and non-paradigm-based methods. All this determines the necessity to continue reforming language education, its linguodidactics and methods.
