Abstract: Evaluation of teachers takes place spontaneously, haphazardly, each organization conducts it in its own way and aims at a non-recurrent result. In the practice of education the drawbacks of the present system of evaluation of teacher's work are that it doesn’t describe the subjects of the evaluation, and the concept of integrated internal and external evaluation is not implemented. The article presents suggestions for the evaluation of pedagogical employees of educational institutions, built on the basis of professional interaction of the teacher with different social groups. Teacher's professional work involves constant interaction with the society around him: the students, their legal representatives, administration and colleagues. Therefore, it is possible to evaluate educational activities on the basis of the analysis of efficiency of cooperation with each of the groups. The problem of evaluation of a teacher's work is to identify parameters and evaluation criteria, methods and forms and its implementation in the practice of education. The proposed evaluation system contains two groups of indicators to evaluate teacher’s activities relative to the interaction "teacher – students": the educational results of students to the requirements of the basic educational program and activities aimed at education and personal development of students. The main mechanisms of the evaluation system are offered, which are adjustable to achieve the best result. The structural elements of the evaluation system may be involved in activity spontaneously, in other words they may make any fractional combinations of influence to achieve useful effect. The proposed teacher’s activity evaluation system takes into account the interaction with all members of the educational system, has a balance component and can be the basis for creating an integrated, stable system for the evaluation of any educational organization. This system can be used by educational institutions when designing and implementing a system of quality assessment of teachers’ activities in effective labour contract.
