Abstract: In the course of transformation of the Russian education, it is believed that higher education should prepare students to be competitive in the labour market and to meet the employer’s requirements. Thus education should focus on formation of moral responsibility and creative personality ready to different activities. The goal of higher education today is not just transfer of knowledge, skills and abilities, it is rather formation of the skills of independent analysis and choice of information and efficient work in the constantly changing world. In this connection it is especially important to activate cognitive ability pof students in the learning process on the basis of motivation, duty and responsibility, which are the main components of anti-corruption values necessary for prospective lawyers and law enforcement officers.
