Abstract: The article studies communicative features of the speech of teenagers with late-limited opportunities of communication; much attention is paid to children from educated families. In the article the results of observations of the speech of the children who have lost possibilities of free communication at school age - due to the acquired or late shown congenital problems with health are described. Specifics and unevenness of development of intra-and extra-directed communication skills, caused by limitation of available forms of communication, - communicative inflexibility and prevalence of a monolog as a form of communication over dialogue, verbosity, etc. are analyzed. The need for pedagogical support of such children, with the emphasis on communicative difficulties elimination is estimated. According to the author, the children with late-limited opportunities of communication who have inherited intelligence from their parents need special pedagogical support. Such support differs essentially from what is required by children of the traditionally studied types of limited opportunities of health (with congenital touch, mental, intellectual discorders). So, the teenagers from educated families who have lost possibilities of free communication at school age have good lexical and grammatical skills, know features of various discourses, quite often have deep background knowledge and use all forms of electronic communication. The greatest communication difficulties of such children lie in the field of establishment of contacts with the interlocutor face to face. Therefore, the pedagogical help to such children has to be aimed at specialized formation and development of skills of the extra-directed communication.
