Abstract: The study presents methodology of interdisciplinary projects in a foreign language as one of the effective teaching tools not only in the aspect of teaching a foreign language but also research work, intercultural interaction, information and communication technologies and professional communication. The foreign language communicative professional competence is defined as multicomponent and it presents the combination of foreign, communicative, intercultural, technological, research competences and the competence of the training programs. On the basis of analysis of academic literature authors give the definition of interdisciplinary projects in a foreign language which presents a staged fulfillment of educational actions with students in different areas of knowledge. These actions provide the solutions to the exact problems within the training programs. As a result of individual learning actions with the usage of authentic resources students develop their research product in a foreign language with a multimedia presentation. The article gives the detailed description of stages of methodology implementation of interdisciplinary projects in a foreign language from the definition of theme, rationale and the research questions of the project with the head of the educational program in the professional training to the preparation of the final report and multimedia presentation in a foreign language with the teacher of a foreign language. Authors highlight the interdisciplinary of a project that is provided not only by the usage of a foreign language and information and communication technologies for the obtaining of new knowledge in a professional sphere, but also by the constant interaction of the head of educational program and the teacher of a foreign language, they control different stages of project fulfillment according to the subject priorities of the exact stage of an interdisciplinary project. The staged methodology of interdisciplinary project implementation in a foreign language can be used in interdisciplinary projects of different subjects.
