Methodology and Methodology of Formation Anticorruption Values of Future Jurists

Abstract: Corruption is the abuse by an official of his official powers in order to obtain personal tangible or intangible benefits. It hinders the economic development of society, reduces the trust of citizens in public authorities, their legitimacy and, as a result, leads to a decrease in Russia's authority in the international arena. Very serious changes have occurred in the worldview of modern Russian society, which entailed a reassessment of the hierarchy and even horizons of youth values. A deliberately false belief that corruption spread in modern Russia and the Soviet Union was completely free from this evil spread very widely among the representatives of the older generation and youth. Antagonistic contradictions regarding corruption prevent the prevention of this threat to society, the state and every citizen of our country. The problem of the fight against corruption in Russian society must be considered on the basis of a study of the nature of its formation and dissemination. This is a social phenomenon that characterizes the relationship between people in a certain historical context. The theory of value and the method of self-confrontation of Hubert J. M. Hermans. This is a method of searching and detecting important events in a biography, the description of which is a narrative, the attitude to which gives meaning to the whole fate of a person. These events introduce significant human meanings in the formation of anti-corruption behavior, which are in the context of the cultural-historical theory of the development of the psyche and personality, developed by L. S. Vygotsky, A. R. Luria and A. N. Leontyev, who examined the social environment and communication between people not just as a process of personality development, but as a casual nature of the emergence of social neoplasms, which include values.
