Projective Diagnostic Technique “Storybook Hero – 2020”

Abstract: The relevance of the presented work is determined by the lack of practice-oriented and easy-to-use methods of diagnostics and re-presentation of professional experience in the minds of teachers. The purpose of the article is to present the method “Storybook Hero – 2020”, designed to diagnose the representation of professional experience in the mind of a teacher. The research methods used were experiment, observation, the method of subjective semantics, analysis of labor results, interviews, questioning, the method of expert assessments, mathematical and statistical methods: correlation, regression, factor and cluster types of analysis, analysis of consistency and cross-tabulation of data. The method can be applied to representatives of any professional stratum, as a method of selection and evaluation of personnel.
